2. Brand & Business Name
TERRAECO is our DTI-registered business name, and the TERRAECO name, logo and "The reliable choice" tagline are the exclusive brand identifiers of this store. Do not use them — or anything confusingly similar — as your shop, business or product name, logo or domain, or in any way that suggests your goods are ours or endorsed by us.
3. What You May Do
- Share links to our pages, guides and products freely.
- Print our guides for personal, non-commercial use.
- Quote short excerpts with clear credit and a link back to the source page.
4. What You May Not Do
- Copy our product listings, descriptions or photos onto Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or any other storefront.
- Reproduce our guides or tutorials in whole or substantial part on another site, channel or printed material.
- Scrape, bulk-download or republish Site content by automated means.
- Remove, cover or alter watermarks, QR codes, serial numbers or copyright notices.
- Use TerraEco content to sell counterfeit or look-alike filament.
5. Counterfeits & Impersonation
Genuine TerraEco rolls are sold through this Site and the official Shopee / Lazada links in our footer — nowhere else. Every genuine roll carries a verification QR: verify it here. If you spot a fake listing or a seller using our photos, report it through the contact channels in the footer so we can file platform takedowns.
6. Permission & Takedowns
Need our content for legitimate use (reseller listings, press, tutorials)? Ask first through the contact channels in the footer — resellers in good standing get approved assets. Unauthorized use will be reported to the platform and, where needed, pursued under R.A. 8293.
7. Bead Patterns & User-Uploaded Content
The bead tool converts your image inside your browser. We never receive or store the original photo — only the bead grid you choose to share. Sharing to the community gallery is subject to the rules below.
- Share only images you have the right to use — your own work, original designs, or properly licensed material. Do not share third-party artwork, brand logos, franchise characters or photos of identifiable people without their permission.
- By sharing a pattern you grant TerraEco a non-exclusive, revocable licence to host and display that pattern on this Site. You keep every right you had in the underlying image.
- Every shared pattern passes staff review before it is listed in the gallery, and may be rejected or removed at any time, without notice.
- Spotted a pattern that infringes your rights? Use “Report this pattern” on its page — it is hidden immediately pending review. Rights-holders may also contact us through the channels in the footer with proof of ownership and we will remove it promptly.
8. Governing Law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, consistent with our Terms of Service.
