1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TerraEco website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
3. Anti-Counterfeit Verification
TerraEco products feature a dual-code anti-counterfeit system: an outer serial number (SN) printed on the box and an inner verification code on the label inside the pack. Both codes are required to verify authenticity and claim points.
Each roll can be verified and claimed once. Attempting to verify counterfeit products, sharing verification codes publicly, or circumventing the verification system is prohibited.
4. Points System
Verified genuine TerraEco rolls earn points according to the program rules displayed on the Site at the time of verification. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. Points may be redeemed for rewards as offered by TerraEco in future campaigns.
We reserve the right to modify the points system, including earning rates and redemption options, with reasonable notice. The current rules are always shown on the Site.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting to verify counterfeit or unauthorized products
- Sharing verification codes publicly or with unauthorized parties
- Interfering with or disrupting the Site or servers
- Collecting or harvesting user data without authorization
- Impersonating another person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TerraEco or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TerraEco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
