The two factors, in order
- Distance band. Farms whose own service radius covers your city form the pool — inside or outside is all that matters, no precise kilometres.
- Relevance. Within the pool, farms matching what you picked come first.
Ties shuffle every visit: same band and relevance come out in random order, fixed while you browse — a big shop gets no more top exposure than a one-printer garage.
Paused farms disappear — they don't sink
A farm that can't take orders right now flips a "temporarily not taking orders" switch and leaves the listing until it flips back. Old links still open, showing the paused notice instead of contact buttons.
Fraud reports
Paid but never shipped, or a listing that is outright fake? File a report — confirmed fraud gets the page taken down.
